Thanks for stopping by.
Here you will find out about me, how I teach, my approach to yoga including Yin yoga, meditation and breath work.
Here you will not find me in pretzel shapes in tropical settings looking like I don’t have a care in the world because it’s not how I look in different yoga poses but how I can help you feel in those poses!
The world is a busy place and our minds can be even busier. And as mindfulness master Jon Kabat-Zinn reminds us, “you can’t stop the waves, but you can learn to surf.”
Yoga, breath work and meditation help me ‘surf’ life and I hope the information on the next few pages inspires you to jump om (oops!) on the mat or chair, with me soon.
I respectfully acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the land on which I have the privilege to live and work, the Wurundjeri peoples of the Kulin Nation. I recognise the Aboriginal people, whose cultures are among the oldest living cultures in human history and honour their continuing connection to land, water and community. I pay my respect to Elders past, present and emerging.
